Job summary

A local children's support organization in Bradford is looking for a Programme Delivery Resettlement Officer to develop and deliver interventions for children and young adults in the criminal justice system. You will coordinate with case managers and work to prevent youth crime. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex needs and be able to demonstrate effective communication skills. The YJS benefits from the support and confidence of a wide network of partners from the statutory and voluntary sectors.The Service is looking for a permanent Programme Delivery Resettlement Officers who will develop and deliver direct work to children and young adults within the criminal justice system, including the coordination and provision of interventions for those children and young adults on bail, and subject to voluntary and statutory orders. Programme Delivery Resettlement Officers work directly with case managers and professionals from other agencies to address concerns about the safety of the child and other people, alongside undertaking duties with children, young adults, parents and victims within National Standards established by the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales and within current or future Government legislation.You can help assist us in our aim of preventing and reducing youth crime and reaching positive outcomes for our children and young adults.
