Production Operative

Location: Near North Scarle (Animal Feed Factory)

Roles Available

• Machine Operators – run production machinery safely and efficiently (valid license required)
• Forklift Truck Drivers – load, unload, and move stock (valid license required)
• Warehouse Operatives – support storage, stock control, and distribution
• QA Staff – carry out quality checks and support production processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in factory, warehouse, or production roles (preferred but not essential)
• Valid forklift licence
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Must be able to drive to the site (no public transport links)

Hours & Shifts

• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
• 12‑hour shifts rotating days & nights
• Days: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Nights: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

Pay Rates

£13.47 – £14.46 per hour (basic rates). Overtime is paid at a higher rate.
