Job description

We’re hiring a super organised executive to support end-to-end delivery of our mouthwatering content at Eye to Eye Media, especially that from our high-profile, foodie clients – managing schedules, liaising with freelancers, tracking timelines and keeping everything running smoothly across content, creative and commercial teams.

Overview

Department: Production
Location: Hybrid (UK-based)
Reports to: Senior content & production manager
Type: Full time

The production executive supports the delivery of all content, particularly client projects. They manage timelines, support scheduling, and assist with commissioning external contributors, ensuring all stages of the production pipeline are delivered smoothly and on time.

This role works closely with the content, creative and commercial teams and supports the onboarding and briefing of freelance talent. AI collaboration is encouraged where relevant — including drafting timelines, streamlining asset tracking, and automating routine communications with contributors.

The production executive is also expected to represent the brand externally, especially in commercial client meetings, shoots, and events, when required.

● Support scheduling across all content formats — digital, print, audience and commercial.
● Track deliverables and work closely with Account Manager and Shoot Production Manager to avoid bottlenecks.
● Final content for press or platform, ensuring specs and standards are met.

Commissioning & Workflow

● Support Content Director, Head of Creative and commercial colleagues in building client pitch decks and responding to briefs.
● Commission freelance contributors (especially for commercial projects).
● Help onboard new freelancers and manage briefs, contracts, and timings.
● Support the Multimedia Sub Editor in subbing and proofing content across digital, print, social, marketing and commercial platforms
● Document workflows and identify process improvements.

Process & Collaboration

● Work closely with Account Manager, content, creative, audience and production teams to seek feedback and approval, and meet deadlines.
● Spot inconsistencies and raise flags with tact and clarity.

Tools

● Use CMS (e.g. WordPress), email builders (e.g. MailChimp), Google Docs, project management tools (e.g. Trello), design platforms (e.g. InDesign), proofing tools (e.g. Rhapsody and GoProof) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams and Slack)
● Embrace AI where appropriate to streamline planning, schedule tracking, proofreading and flat-planning to support speed and scale.
