• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise products (insurance/fintech a bonus).
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery research to identify project requirements and scope.
• Translate complex insurance workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Own the design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
