Key responsibilities:

• Hands‑on design of intuitive, engaging, and meaningful user experiences in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
• Own the full design process - from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final delivery - setting the bar for user experience across all customer touchpoints
• Use a blend of research, design, technology, and product understanding to create holistic and innovative solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, users and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high‑quality design solutions
• Stay ahead of trends in design systems, interaction patterns, and technology within fintech, SaaS, and wealth management

• Expert in Figma, including advanced prototyping, component libraries, and responsive layouts
