Salary: Norwich Circa: £55000 London Circa: £65000

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our User Centred Design (UCD) team at Aviva.

If you’re passionate about designing intuitive, customer‑focused solutions and have experience working with well‑known brands, this could be the perfect next step for you.

A bit about the job:

You’ll be part of the UCD team, shaping how millions of customers interact with our products and services.

In this role, you’ll design experiences for our motor, home and travel insurance customers – making sure they’re simple, accessible and meet real customer needs.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Aviva to bring ideas to life, from discovery through to delivery.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience in UX design methods – from workshops to歓wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
  • Proven UI design skills, including Design Systems and pixel‑perfect delivery aligned to brand standards.
  • Ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, using insights and iterative testing to optimise experiences.
  • Collaborative approach – working with Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal teams.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, FigJam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Optimal Workshop and Adobe Analytics.
What you’ll get for this role:
  • Salary: Norwich Circa: £55000 London: Circa £65000 (depending on skills, experience and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary – Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
