What you’ll do:
- Creating end‑to‑end process maps for the operations team, locating areas where automation can streamline workflows.
- Helping to identify potential risks and issues in business operations, including inefficiencies that could rise through automation.
- Identifying and analyzing the business processes requiring improvement.
- Designing and recommending automated solutions to reduce manual effort and raise operational efficiency.
- Developing and delivering training needed on new processes.
- Monitoring and evaluating operational efficiency, using automation where possible to track and optimize performance.
- Showing proactivity and ownership to fix customer issues, taking advantage of automation where suitable to boost the customer journey.
- Proactively spotting patterns in client frustrations or hopes, seeing where we can adjust processes, tools or products to serve them better.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience in financial services working on operational processes.
- A brilliant grasp on process mapping, modeling, and automation.
- Experience in liaising with key stakeholders to assess and boost current processes.
- Excellent written and spoken skills and a genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.

Interview Process:
- People screen interview: 30 minutes.
- Technical interview: 45 minutes.
- COO interview: 30 minutes.
