Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or higher in a related scientific/technical discipline or have relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to effectively contribute within a team environment and work on own initiative.
• Strong focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Undertake manufacturing activities as directed, using the company’s processes safely.
• Operate various equipment involved in the manufacturing and testing of products.
• Complete all documentation accurately in full to support manufacturing activities.
• Manage and maintain equipment and the manufacturing facility.
• Support the warehouse team in the receipt and booking in of raw materials.
• Work and adhere to the Upperton Quality Management System.
