Role & Responsibilities

• Lead as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations.
• Manage and monitor design processes throughout project lifecycle, integrating regulations from the start.
• Coordinate internal and external design teams to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and submit compliance documentation at key stages and project close-out.

• Understanding of cladding and façade safety requirements.
• Revit skills are desirable.
• Registered or working towards RIBA Principal Designer status or equivalent.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, regulators, and contractors.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
