Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing, assembly or technical production environment.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawings.
  • Experience using hand tools and precision work.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test electromechanical instrumentation.
  • Carry out incoming inspection of components.
  • Maintain accurate manufacturing and service records.
  • Support stock control and parts ordering.
  • Diagnose faults and repair returned equipment.
  • Complete service documentation.
  • Support prototype builds and new product introduction.

Skills

Engineering qualification at ONC/City & Guilds/GNVQ Level 3-5
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of engineering drawings
Hand tools usage
High precision work
ESD-controlled environments experience
Leak testing in pneumatic systems
ERP/MRP systems experience
High manual dexterity
Microsoft Office proficiency

Education
