We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous specialist team at The Dental Suite in Nottingham

• Full-time hours available, 30 hours per week over 4 days with typical shifts of 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday
• Competitive hourly rate up to £17
• Supportive and collaborative operations manager and business partners, assisting with overall practice growth and management

About you

• Experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus, but not essential
• Passionate about delivering great service
• Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
• Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
