Colas Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Plant & Transport (P&T) Administrator to join our team at the Portsmouth depot (PO6 1TA). Reporting to the P&T Manager, this role supports the operational efficiency of the Plant & Transport department through accurate data entry across multiple platforms, including Jade, Coupa, Workshop 360, and Lisa.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a transport, plant, or maintenance environment. They should be detail‑oriented, possess strong administrative and data entry skills, and be able to manage multiple systems and tasks independently. Excellent communication skills with workshop teams, transport managers, and suppliers are essential. A UK driving licence is advantageous.
