Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance prioritizing works.
• Provide first line breakdown repairs and minimize plant downtime.
• Inspect and maintain documentation for plant maintenance.
• Ensure pending unsafe conditions are reported to the Plant Manager.

Skills

Hydraulics maintenance / fault finding

Working knowledge of steam systems

Pneumatics experience

Welding MMA/MIG

Education

Formal qualification in mechanical engineering (e.g. City & Guilds or equivalent)
