  • Compliant with current IEE Regs 18th Edition.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Carry out planned maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment across wastewater treatment sites
  • Work on pumps, motors, panels, switchgear, and specialist process machinery
  • Install new electrical equipment in line with BS7671 standards
  • Diagnose and repair electrical control systems
  • Collaborate with other disciplines in a mobile team
  • Ensure safety at all times, including compliance with RAMS and IEE regulations
  • Participate in standby/call‑out rota
What we are looking for:
Essentials
  • 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths, English, and Science at grade C or above.
  • Apprenticeship supported by relevant formal qualifications e.g. City and Guilds, BTEC, ONC/HNC/HND
  • Compliant with current IEE Regs 18th Edition
  • A full UK driving license is required
Desirables
  • City & Guilds Inspect and Test 2391-10
  • CompEx 09/10
  • Industrial/Commercial experience required
  • Experience with VSD’s, soft starts and motor control systems
  • Understanding of Wiring Diagrams
  • Knowledge of working with Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Good working knowledge of LV systems (working with 415vac down to 24vac and dc control and indication)
