About the Team

Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts is a critical care hospital focused on complex medical conditions requiring extended recovery in a hospital setting.   • LTACH and SNF/subacute setting (same building)
Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Apply therapeutic modalities, monitor patient responses, and provide updates on progress or adjustments to treatment goals.
  • Document all services rendered and educate patients and their families or caregivers about physical deficits and recovery strategies.
  • Support discharge planning, advise on adaptive equipment, and connect patients to community resources.
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree; graduate of a program in discipline required.
  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Rehab or acute care experience preferred.
