Suvera is on a mission to transform healthcare - helping people stay healthy, wherever they are.

We partner with GP practices across the UK to deliver a virtual clinic that supports patients living with long-term conditions. Today, we’re already trusted to care for over 100,000 patients, and we’re just getting started.

With big ambitions and a global vision, we’re building a new model of care that blends clinical expertise with innovative technology to make healthcare more accessible, proactive, and effective for everyone.

Backed by Google for Startups and Morningside Ventures, Suvera is poised to become a global leader in healthcare.

What you'll be doing :

The heart of this role is clinical care. You’ll use your expertise to support patients with long-term conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment while helping them make sustainable improvements to their health.

Here’s a high-level overview:

  • Clinical care first – reviewing patient information and clinical letters, reconciling medicines, recording health data accurately in Suvera’s Dashboard and partner GP Practice systems, and supporting patients with conditions such as NDH, hypertension, asthma, and hyperlipidaemia.
  • Risk & safety – interpreting and stratifying clinical risk data, accuracy checking prescriptions, monitoring treatment in line with SOPs and guidelines, and escalating complex cases promptly to the right clinician.
  • Patient support – providing lifestyle advice (e.g. diet, exercise, smoking, alcohol), counselling patients on prescribed medicines (including adherence, managing side effects, and informed consent for medication changes), and ensuring patients understand their treatment.
  • Collaboration – working closely with Suvera’s multidisciplinary team and GP partners to deliver safe, joined-up, patient-centred care, and contributing to clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement.
  • Growth & learning – engaging with training, mentoring where appropriate, and contributing to a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement.

  • You know your limits and act with integrity, always prioritising patient safety and quality of care.

And beyond all that - you thrive in a start-up environment. You’re adaptable, comfortable with rapid change, and excited by the challenge (and opportunity!) of helping to build something new. You bring a scrappy, problem-solving mindset, rolling up your sleeves and shaping solutions that will scale as Suvera grows.
