• Completed an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course.
• Completed an approved Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course.
• Shows care and compassion for customers.
• Enthusiasm for delivering pharmacy services.
• Comfortable working shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients receive a friendly and confidential service.
• Support OTC sales and stock replenishment.
• Label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs).
• Safely hand out prescriptions according to procedures.
• Help resolve surgery queries.
