A leading financial services company in Edinburgh is offering a 2-year HR apprenticeship for individuals aged at least 18. The role supports learning on the job while working towards a Level 5 People Professional qualification, with a starting salary of £26,500. The apprenticeship is 2 years long, starting in early September 2026, with a salary of £26,500, and is based in Edinburgh.
As an HR apprentice, you will spend your first year in one HR area and then switch to another area in year two. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, such as reward, talent, learning, organisational change, and HR partnering.
The requirements for the apprenticeship include being at least 18 years old by the end of February 2027, having Nat 5 grades A-C in Maths and English, and having 4 Highers at grades CC CC (predicted grades are accepted, but any offer will be conditional upon successful achievement of these qualifications). You must also have a valid Right to Work in the UK, with a visa end date extending beyond the duration of the apprenticeship.
