About atis

We’re a fast‑growing food brand with big ambitions and bold ideas. Our mission is to bring real, nourishing, vibrant food to people in a way that feels fresh, modern and full of energy. We don’t do beige. We do colour, creativity, culture – and we’re building a brand that reflects that.

Every day, we make powerful food that’s full of flavour, full of colour and full of intention. Real food, done really well – all served fast, in vibrant spaces that move with the rhythm of city life. We’re here to transform people’s health and fuel better days. We are building a community that celebrates good food, good people and good energy – unapologetically.

About the role

atis is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to play a key role in shaping how people experience working here. This is a people generalist role with a strong focus on recruitment for site management and HQ, alongside exposure to the full breadth of a growing People function.

You’ll work closely with the Head of People, Culture & Experience and teams across the business, balancing day‑to‑day people operations with exciting, future‑focused projects — from launching employer brand initiatives like careers page video and photography content, to building strong pipelines, engagement initiatives and manager development programmes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, pace and ownership, and who genuinely cares about building a great place to work.

Focus

People operations, recruitment and engagement. You’ll help ensure our people processes, systems and experiences are consistent, compliant and aligned with the atis culture and values as we continue to grow.

Core role

You’ll support and deliver across multiple areas of the People function, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent, while contributing to engagement, HR operations, audits, training and people projects. You’ll help translate our values into meaningful, well‑executed people experiences across the business.
