As a People Operations and Experience Partner, you will be at the heart of ensuring a seamless employee experience for our remote employees across UK and Ireland while driving efficient People Operations. This part‑time role (20 hours per week) is designed for a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. You will oversee HR compliance, payroll processes, employee experience and people operations, ensuring a productive and positive workplace experience. This position requires a hands‑on, people‑first approach and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
