A national awarding body in Scotland is seeking a People Development Advisor. We are looking for a People Development Advisor to work within the People Directorate in our OD and Change Management team.
As People Development Advisor, you will be required to design, deliver and evaluate engaging and effective training and development initiatives that support employee growth and enhance individual and team performance, to ensure the achievement of operational objectives. In order to do this, you must be able to demonstrate experience in the following specific duties:

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level Level 9, ideally CIPD qualified at Level 5 or an equivalent professional OD or HR qualification or working towards this. And/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
