• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role (HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, or People/Engagement Specialist).
• Strong working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
• Confident in presenting and facilitating group learning sessions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for everyday HR queries.
• Deliver the first two days of induction for new starters.
• Take responsibility for the look and feel of the office.
