Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a financial/pensions environment is desirable.
  • Proven track record of quality, timely delivery.
  • Computer literate with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration service to customers as per Service Level Agreement.
  • Check the integrity of customer data and maintain records.
  • Resolve customer enquiries based on knowledge of requirements.
  • Draft non-standard correspondence in response to queries.
  • Produce routine reports and summaries to update records.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service.
