At RES, we’re powered by purpose and by the people who bring it to life. We’re looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support accurate and timely payroll delivery for the Northern Region. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, data integrity, and a seamless employee experience.
Working closely with the Regional Payroll Manager, you will manage day-to-day payroll activities using Cloud Pay software, ensuring all processes meet internal standards and local legislative requirements.
In addition to supporting with payroll delivery, you’ll be responsible for advising employees on best practice, and ensuring internal processes are followed. You’ll play a key role in supporting the employee experience through timely and accurate payroll delivery and query management. The ideal candidate will have substantial payroll experience combined with practical knowledge of working with payroll processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
