## About the role## The RoleJoin our Financial Operations team and play a key part in delivering smooth, accurate payment processes across all of Lendable’s lending products. Reporting to the Senior Payments Analyst, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of payment flows, reconciliation, and exception management, while also helping to improve and optimise operational processes as our business grows.You’ll succeed in this role if you have a sharp attention to detail, a solid grasp of payments operations, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams. Experience in fintech or consumer lending, and confidence using back-office lending systems and repayment schedules, are highly sought after.
