Part-Time Nanny for Three Lovely Girls in East Chiltington, Sussex
Start Date: January 2026
Location: East Chiltington, Sussex
Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, approximately 33 hours per week across, with the opportunity for fortnightly evening babysitting until 10:00pm.
Salary: £18–£20 gross per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

A warm and welcoming family based in the beautiful countryside of East Chiltington are looking for a kind, organised and proactive nanny to join them part-time. They have three young daughters—aged 1, 3 and 5—who are fun, curious and full of energy. The older two are at school in Brighton, so a confident driver with their own car is essential for this role.

This is a lovely opportunity for a nanny who enjoys working with a mix of ages and is looking for a consistent, long-term position within a relaxed and friendly household.

Role Responsibilities

The nanny will have primary responsibility for the family’s youngest daughter (aged 1), caring for her during the day while her older sisters are at school. This includes age-appropriate play, helping her reach developmental milestones, and ensuring her routines around naps, meals and outings are well supported. You'll also be responsible for the school drop-offs and pick-ups for the 3 and 5-year-olds in Brighton, managing the family’s morning and afternoon routines smoothly and confidently.

Alongside childcare, you’ll help with light household tasks related to the children—such as cooking healthy meals, doing their laundry, and keeping their rooms and play areas tidy and organised.
