Qualifications

  • Experience in a financial role with internal financial management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up payment of all invoices.
  • Preparing annual budget for Council consideration.
  • Ensuring internal financial management control systems are in place.
  • Preparing monthly financial statements.
  • Maintaining asset register and insurance.
  • Submitting quarterly VAT returns.
  • Updating bank mandates.
  • Processing payroll analysis.
  • Liaising with the Internal Auditor.
  • Completing year-end submissions.
