Qualifications

• Possesses a recognized Customer Service qualification e.g. NVQ is desirable.
• Experience of gathering organizing and managing information.
• Experience of processing applications and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all enquiries via all contact channels.
• Provide advice on a range of services.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Skills

Good general education with minimum 4 GCSE at Grade C or above

Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills

Excellent communicator (written and verbal)

Experience in customer service environment

Flexibility to work shifts
