Overview

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Part time Cleaner in HMP Wealstun, Church Causeway, Thorp Arch, Wetherby LS23 7AZ.

The salary is £13,406.13.

The standard hours of work are 20 hours per week. Staff are required to work Monday to Friday, either 4 hours per day working 5 days, or 5 hours per day working 4 days, with flexibility on start and finish time - this could suit working around childcare.

At Amey, we’re supporting our justice client, His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) by providing them with safe, clean and efficient prisons.By using our facilities management expertise, we help keep 60 secure premises across England and Wales running smoothly.

What you will do
  • Provide a cleaning service that delivers to our contractual requirements
  • Control stock levels and order consumables
  • Operate machinery safely and in line with the guidelines and training provided
  • Ensure a high-quality service is provided to the building users at all times ensuring customer satisfaction
