A local government authority in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated Parks Improvement Officer to manage projects aimed at enhancing parks, play areas, and green spaces. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Parks Improvement Officer to join our team delivering neighbourhood services.
This role will report into the Parks & Open Spaces Contracts Manager and will identify, plan, manage and deliver a portfolio of projects to improve parks, play areas and green spaces. This includes managing stakeholders, contracts, and budgets, working within legislation and policy to create safe, accessible, and high-quality outdoor areas for the public. The role will also support the policies, strategies and service improvement initiatives of the Parks & Countryside team and the wider council.
