Role Summary

The Account Manager is the owner of performance across a portfolio of accounts. You’ll manage client relationships day‑to‑day, drive campaign optimisations, and play a key role in developing testing plans and improvement strategies in collaboration with the Paid Media Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the daily management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other social platforms where required.
  • Monitor pacing and performance against client targets (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports with meaningful insights
  • Support the creation and implementation of testing roadmaps and Account Development Plans
  • Manage budgets and ensure accurate spend forecasting
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for clients, responding to tactical requests and providing campaign updates.
  • Brief Account Executives and review their outputs to ensure quality.
  • Work with the Paid Media Lead and SAMs on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing.
