Outdoor Education Instructor (Seasonal) at Entrust Support Services Ltd.

Location: Staffordshire – Standon Bowers OEC or Laches Wood OEC (base centre confirmed upon successful selection)
Salary: £24k-£27k
Contract: Seasonal (March – November 2026)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a 5-out-of-7-day rota, including evenings and weekends
Additional Pay: £60 per night for overnight and breakfast duties

• Reflect on and improve your practice to enhance the overall outdoor education experience.

About You

We’re looking for passionate, skilled individuals who:

• Have experience working with young people in outdoor settings.
• Are enthusiastic about a variety of outdoor activities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Hold or are working towards relevant National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications.
• Have experience in residential outdoor education (desirable).
