# Operative### Job Introduction**Nuneaton**, where your experience will be valued, and your contribution will make a real impact every day.As an Operative, you’ll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You’ll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping — all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of **6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am**.Due to the site’s location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.---### **What You’ll Be Doing**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:* Achieving daily production targets* Recording and reporting quality data* Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles* Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site---### **What We’re Looking For**The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment.
