As the organisation scales, we are strengthening our end‑to‑end operational capability to ensure speed, consistency, and excellence across all supply chain and fulfilment activities.

This role will sit at the centre of that effort, providing strategic and hands‑on leadership across logistics, inventory, and systems operations.

Role Overview

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Greater London for an Operations Transformation Lead specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chain operations, working to optimise processes and implement solutions to improve performance.

Responsibilities include analysing operational workflows, managing supplier relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the supply chain.

The Operations Transformation Lead will oversee critical operational workflows across global fulfilment, inventory accuracy, freight coordination, and systems integration. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and our international fulfilment network, the role will focus on improving reliability, efficiency, and scalability as the business continues growing.

This is a key position for someone who excels in structured problem solving, thrives in detail‑oriented environments, and can create operational clarity in a fast‑paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Global Logistics Oversight
  • Coordinate international freight movements and inbound stock flows.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch across UK, EU, and USA fulfilment centres.
  • Maintain strong relationships with couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners and resolve any logistical issues as they arise.
  • Oversee import/export documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement in delivery performance, cost control, and SLA adherence.
  • Monitor daily operational performance across multiple fulfilment centres.
  • Ensure consistent outbound quality checks, inventory accuracy, and order processing standards.
  • Review fulfilment KPIs, identify issues, and propose corrective improvements.
Inventory Control & Replenishment
  • Maintain accurate inventory reporting across all warehouse locations.
  • Track stock levels against sales performance, product launches, and seasonal patterns.
  • Coordinate replenishment cycles in partnership with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Lead regular stock audits and implement improvements to reduce discrepancies.
Systems & Process Optimisation
  • Support the implementation and refinement of operational systems, including order flow, warehouse integrations, and data accuracy.
  • Work with technical and commercial teams to improve internal operational processes.
  • Develop documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines to standardise workflows across regions.
  • Experience with process building, systems implementation, or technical integrations is a plus. We are looking to introduce an EDI integration project in the coming months to streamline order processing and fulfilment systems both internally and externally.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Growth, Customer Experience, and Finance teams to forecast operational requirements.
  • Provide insights on operational performance, cost implications, and supply chain risks.
  • Support new product introductions by coordinating inbound timelines and fulfilment readiness.
Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or fulfilment management.
  • Strong understanding of international freight and 3PL performance management.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms and warehouse systems.
  • Solid analytical capability with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and operational reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling complex workflows.
