Operations Supervisor at Heathrow.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor. Working hours: 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: To be confirmed
Salary: £16.57 per hour plus premia for hours worked between 19.00 - 22.00 and 22.00 - 06.00)

What you will be doing
  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
