Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury hotel in Portrush, opened in February 2025, is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the seamless functioning of our property. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of guest service and operational efficiency in a setting renowned for its breathtaking views and world-class golf experience.

What You\'ll Do:
  • Oversee the entire operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, and dining.
  • Ensure all departments meet the highest standards of service and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the management team to innovate services and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
  • Handle operational logistics, budgeting, and resource management.
