A leading housing association is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee property-related services. This role demands strong leadership and strategic direction, ensuring effective service delivery while managing various operational teams. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing multi-trade workforces, have a solid grasp of financial management, and a proven track record in contract management. This position is office-based with site visits required in Edinburgh.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to provide strong leadership and strategic direction across a broad and diverse service area. This is a critical role that ensures the effective delivery of property related operational services, driving performance, quality and continuous improvement across multiple teams. You will be at the centre of our operational delivery, managing customer contact services, front-line property management teams and multi-trade/cleaning workforces to ensure we meet contractual obligations and provide high-quality services to our clients. With significant responsibility for people, budgets and service performance, this role is ideal for an operational leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is committed to achieving excellence.
