Job summary

A leading facilities services firm is seeking a Contract Administrator for part-time work in Derby. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background and experience in facilities management. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in a Facilities Management or Building Services environment is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract operation support to the Account Manager and Contract Management.
  • Maintain contract, compliance, and operational documentation.
  • Support financial reporting requirements.

Skills

Strong administrative or customer service background
Problem-solving ability
IT literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience of Invoice reconciliation
Logical and organised method

Education

Mathematics and English Language (GCSE Grade C or above)

Tools

CAFM system experience (e.g., Concept, Joblogic)
