Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Professionalism and flexibility regarding travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-road and in-vehicle assessments for all commercial drivers.
  • Provide practical coaching and remedial training.
  • Identify unsafe behaviours and implement improvement plans.
  • Support collision investigations with professional assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports.
