A leading administrative support provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an organized individual to handle office responsibilities related to construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and insurance terminology. This remote position requires about 25 to 30 hours of work per week, allowing for a degree of independence and decision-making. Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills are necessary, along with a self-motivated attitude. Annual pay is approximately $40,000.
Our client is looking to hire someone with broad experience in office responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be familiar with QuickBooks for bookkeeping, general insurance terminology, and have some knowledge of construction processes from an administrative perspective. As the ideal candidate you must be organized, able to multitask, and handle administrative duties related to construction projects. You’ll report directly to the CEO/President and will have plenty of freedom to use your decision-making and leadership skills. It is estimated that this work requires approximately 25hrs-30hrs per week of focused, undistracted time to accomplish the tasks efficiently.
