ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-obsessed Office Assistant/Allrounder to join our team.

Please note, this role iswork from home, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage when team members are on leave.

YOUR NEW ROLE
  • Entering bookings into our software system with absolute accuracy
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Performing secretarial and administrative support tasks
  • Supporting allocation/dispatching/scheduling of work
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required
