A leading electronics testing company in Cambridge is seeking an additional member for its administration and finance team. This part-time role involves assisting the office manager with various tasks, including processing orders, invoicing, and maintaining internal systems. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, have good communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications. The company offers a friendly working environment and comprehensive training, with a salary range of £25,000 - £28,000 FTE.

XJTAG is a world-leading developer of electronics testing products. The company has grown to provide a wide range of products and services for testing complex electronics to customers all over the world. We are looking for an additional member in our administration and finance team on a part time basis (minimum 25 hours per week) assisting the office manager in day-to-day accounts and office duties. As in any small business, you will get involved in a wide range of tasks, often not strictly ‘in the job description’, to help and support the whole business.
A successful candidate will receive on the job training after which they will be able to facilitate jobs outlined in the ‘responsibilities’ section below. In addition, they will be a self-starter, able to identify areas in which they can help our office manager with additional administration tasks.
