We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and autonomous HCPC Registered Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our well-established Home First Rehabilitation Service in the North of Staffordshire.
You will be part of the Allied Health Professions (AHP) service providing Occupational Therapy and will work in a variety of settings.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients with a range of physical health conditions including MSK, Stroke, Parkinson's disease, Neurological conditions, Spinal Injuries, Cancer, Post Surgery, General Frailty, Amputees, plus a wide range of other conditions, providing you with varied and exciting experience within our service.
We offer excellent support through CPD routes and building robust learning plans within the four pillars of AHP practice, offering opportunities to represent and promote our service locally, regionally, and nationally, including UKSF & CSP conferences.
Due to the varied nature of this role, you will be required to travel across the geographical area to meet the demands of the role.

Main duties of the job
The role involves managing a caseload of adults in close liaison with the Home First Team. Many patients will have complex health needs requiring collaboration with uni/multi-disciplinary teams and agencies to address care/support issues, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, and improve health and wellbeing.
