Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your occupational health career?

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Health Manager to join a successful organisation in beautiful Barrow in Furness!

Position: Occupational Health Manager Clinical Lead
Location: Barrow in Furness Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (On-site)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational health services. Your responsibilities will include conducting clinical competency reviews, leading wellbeing initiatives, and helping to coordinate programs that promote employee health and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

* A registered nurse with a valid NMC pin

* Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a clinical team

* A proactive approach to wellbeing and health promotion
