Qualifications

• Hold a catering qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Minimum of 1-year catering experience is required.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of high-quality culinary services.
• Be adaptive and flexible to fulfill responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the culinary team.
• Prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard.
• Participate in meetings to discuss catering functions and special dietary needs.
• Support cost-effective stock control systems to minimise waste.
• Work with the culinary team to develop and review the menu regularly.
