About You

We’re looking for hardworking, experienced Level 3 Practitioners with the skills and passion to deliver high‑quality care, support children’s learning, and make a real difference.

You will need:

  • Experience working in a nursery setting and strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Confidence in taking on a key person role and working in partnership with parents/carers
  • Knowledge of child development, children’s needs, and relevant health & safety requirements
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with children, families, and colleagues at all levels
  • A commitment to inclusive practice, equality, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as required
