Qualifications

  • Five plus years of previous work experience preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
  • Proven track record in similar position, scheduling, timekeeping, or payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and control the nursing center's labor spend and process payroll.
  • Serve as primary nursing center contact for scheduling, timekeeping and payroll.
  • Balance staffing needs, employee schedule preferences, and financial performance.
  • Lead Labor Management Team to optimize performance against Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintain nursing staff coverage at all times.
