Qualifications

  • Background in the nuclear industry or a complex regulated sector.
  • Experience working with site nuclear licence condition requirements, ideally LC7.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a team.
  • Understanding of engineering processes and improvement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage organisational learning activities across the Hinkley Point C programme.
  • Manage the capture and analysis of lessons learned.
  • Own the Project Reporting Tool for accurate information reporting.
  • Drive a consistent approach to continual improvement across project teams.
