Job description

We are looking for a friendly and energetic coach to join our troop as the head ninja/parkour coach.

Adrenaline Monkey is an Adventure And Performance Training Facility thoughtfully designed for individuals and groups of any size, age, or ability. With a variety of active challenges, we know our guests (aka Warriors) will embrace adventure and be entertained with purpose for hours at a time. Guests can experience:

  • Ninja Warrior Obstacle Courses (including elevated courses!)
  • Boulder Walls
  • Aerial Courses
  • Vertical Adventures

Location: Inside Lifezone360 Facility (999 W. Main Street, West Dundee, IL 60118)

Position Responsibilities
  • Lead ninja/parkour classes for all ages.
  • Teach, explain and demonstrate age‑appropriate ninja/parkour skills.
  • Follow the weekly lesson plan and focus.
  • Spot and assist participants in the skills they are learning.
  • Set up for classes and clean up after classes.
  • Take class attendance.
  • Attend mandatory training and special events.
  • Other coaching tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • History of sports involvement is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of the sport of Ninja is a plus but not necessary as we train our employees.
  • Must be good with kids and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • A flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance are necessary.
