Job summary

A facility services group is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join their team in Bo’Ness. This vital role ensures the safety and security of clients’ premises, allowing their core business activities to continue uninterrupted. You will monitor entrances, conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain logs. A proven track record in security, strong observational and communication skills, along with an SIA license and First Aid certification, are required. The role is full-time, offering a salary of £12.21 per hour.

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people at designated locations.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
• Operate CCTV systems effectively to monitor activities when required.
• Provide first aid assistance when required.
